    Nicole has worked alongside many Accountants and Christchurch/Canterbury businesses since 2006 installing and implementing systems such as MYOB and more recently Cloud based systems such as Xero, Workflow Max and Unleashed Software.

    With qualifications in Accounting and Adult Teaching, Nicole has a good understanding of the core elements required not only to implement a system but also to be able to deliver in a manner that you can relate to. This implementation can start from the sales process right through to end of year accounts.

    Nicole's experience across a broad spectrum of industries has provided her with valuable problem solving skills and the ability to adapt programs to suit the needs of the client.

    It's not all work and no play. Nicole loves spending time with her hubby Nick and children Tobey and Emi-Lee and on the odd occasion she will sneak away on a bike race.

    Conversion Specialist

    Bonnie’s passion is systems. She is our systems queen! Prior to coming on board with Equation, Bonnie gained a huge amount of experience with Xero and Workflow Max through working for 12 years in the accounting industry.

    As well as her wealth of experience and wicked sense of humour, Bonnie has brought a wide range of skills to Equation. She has a complete understanding of GST and Payroll processes and a strong accounting knowledge. She has valuable skills for system implementation and procedures and loves providing that support to clients.

    A keen traveller, Bonnie has visited many countries around the world, and plans to tick a few more off especially on her bike (well the flat ones anyway!)

    Shannon has several years of recruitment experience, with two years working as a recruitment consultant in the New Zealand market across a number of specialisms. Her specific area of expertise lies within Business Support, Sales & Marketing and Accountancy & Finance roles. Having worked in the financial sector for over 5 years and being involved in the hiring of staff herself, she brings with her a unique understanding of the market.

    Every recruit is approached with a methodically creative system; using techniques that are tried, tested, proactive, intuitive and tailor-made.

    When Shannon is not solving your recruitment woes, you’ll find her wrangling the weeds in her garden, in the gym with her husband, going for a walk somewhere beautiful or simply cuddling a kitten.

    Over the years, Sally had experience working in a number of industries and roles, most recently her focus has been on recruitment and accounts. Sally takes pride in providing a professional level of assistance to clients and candidates alike.
    She enjoys the variety of work that her role offers from processing payroll, monthly accounts, assisting our Director and everything in between.
    Out of the office Sally enjoys spending time with Matt, her husband and their son, Freddie. In summer they can often be found at Cass Bay trying to perfect the art of a double kayak with a child and dog onboard!
