Patrice specialises in supporting our stock management clients. She works closely with businesses to ensure they’re getting the most out of their inventory systems, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and tailored solutions to streamline operations.

 

In addition to her deep understanding of stock management, Patrice has knowledge of various add-ons that can enhance functionality and improve efficiency. She enjoys helping clients navigate system updates, integrations, and process improvements to keep their tech stack working seamlessly.

Philippa is a numbers whiz with a knack for keeping finances in check and businesses running smoothly. With years of experience across accounting firms and various industries, she’s mastered everything from payroll and GST returns, to reconciling accounts and training clients on Xero.

She’s all about making bookkeeping less of a headache - streamlining processes, keeping things compliant, and making sure the numbers always add up. Philippa’s a big believer in teamwork, clear communication, and finding solutions that actually work.

 

When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find her coaching junior surf lifesaving, helping out at school events, or out exploring Canterbury with her family. Organised, adaptable, and always up for a challenge, Philippa brings a positive energy to everything she does!

Sally takes pride in delivering professional and reliable support to our clients, ensuring their accounts are accurate and well-managed. She thrives on the variety her role offers, from processing payroll and onboarding new clients, to managing monthly accounts and creating customised reports tailored to each company's needs. Sally is always eager to expand her expertise and is currently studying towards a Diploma in Accounting to further enhance her skills.

 

When she’s not supporting our clients, Sally is busy keeping up with her three energetic boys - her toughest but most rewarding job yet! She also loves lacing up her hiking boots and tackling some of New Zealand’s Great Walks, soaking in the stunning scenery and recharging in the great outdoors.

Leigh is a powerhouse when it comes to job management and workflow optimisation. As part of the Equation Limited team, she specialises in WorkflowMax and other business software, helping businesses streamline their processes, reduce admin headaches, and get things running like a well-oiled machine.

 

With a sharp eye for efficiency and problem-solving, Leigh loves diving into messy workflows and finding solutions that make life easier for clients. Whether it's job tracking, reporting, or system integrations, she’s all about making software work smarter, not harder.

 

When she's not fine-tuning business systems, you’ll find Leigh walking her dog along the beach, soaking up the fresh sea air. Just like in her work, she enjoys finding the perfect path - whether it’s through business software or a scenic coastal stroll.
