Director

Nicole has worked alongside many Accountants and Christchurch/Canterbury businesses since 2006 installing and implementing systems such as MYOB and more recently Cloud-based systems such as Xero, Workflow Max, Unleashed Software and CIN7.

With qualifications in Accounting and Adult Teaching, Nicole has a good understanding of the core elements required not only to implement a system but also to be able to deliver in a manner that you can relate to. This implementation can start from the sales process right through to end of year accounts.

Nicole's experience across a broad spectrum of industries has provided her with valuable problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt programs to suit the needs of the client.

It's not all work and no play. Nicole loves spending time with her hubby Nick and children Tobey and Emi-Lee and on the odd occasion, she will sneak away on a bike race.

Payroll Specialist/Talent Spotter

Desiree has more than 15 years' experience working with a variety of small businesses including retail, manufacturing and hospitality.

Desiree has two key roles within Equation; She is our payroll expert, ensuring that our clients are paying their staff correctly, keeping up to date with the latest legislation and running payroll health checks to ensure the integrity of the payroll data. Desiree is also our Talent Spotter for Equation Connect. This is the part of our business where we connect people with businesses. Finding that perfect person in Administration, Accounts and Finance roles. She loves working closely with our candidates and business owners.

Accounts Administrator

Sally takes pride in providing a professional level of support to our clients with their accounts. She enjoys the variety of work that her roll offers from processing payroll, client onboarding, monthly accounts and customised client reporting.

Sally has several years' experience working in recruiting. She works alongside Desiree in Equation Connect to source top talent for our clients.

WorkflowMax Consultant

Leigh is our guru when it comes to the WorkflowMax product and its application. She has spent the last 10 years within the WorkflowMax team in various support, education and leadership roles, serving as the WorkflowMax Global Head of Customer for the past two years.

Bonnie has shifted her focus away from WorkflowMax, so we are thrilled to have Leigh take the reins in this space and share her expertise and knowledge with our clients.

Customer Success Lead

Patrice is the newest member of our Equation team. Her role centres around providing our clients the best customer service with fast response times, resolving issues and also managing our new Bespoke System Pathway Programs.

Patrice comes from a background in systems support. She has a particular interest in working in the space of system changes, updates and new add-ons that may complement our clients current tech stack.

Xero Trainer

Deidre has 15 years experience working with Xero, 10 of those include training people on all aspects of the product. 

She loves seeing her client's faces when the penny drops or they find new ways of doing things.

Not only is she a certified Xero Partner, but she also has a wealth of general business knowledge which she shares through her Xero training.
